The UPLIFT (Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport) program is the Philippine government’s response to rising fuel prices amid the energy emergency. Under Executive Order No. 110, the DSWD is distributing P2,000 monthly cash assistance to 7.5 million Filipino households from July to December 2026.
Who Can Get UPLIFT Assistance?
Beneficiaries are divided into three groups:
- Group 1: 3.5M households enrolled in 4Ps or Walang Gutom Program — receive one-time P2,000
- Group 2: 2.5M poor/near-poor households from CBMS data — receive P2,000 monthly for 6 months
- Group 3: 1.5M low-wage SSS members earning P20,000 or less monthly — receive P2,000 monthly for 6 months
